May 2010 Bridges Project - Aberdeen Prison Craiginches
These radio programmes were scripted and put together by members of the Bridges Radio Groups at Craiginches Prison with support from SHMU
The group spent 6 weeks learning the mechanics of radio presentation and
production and worked well individually and together to create excellent
and extraordinary pieces of work. They demonstrates the skills,
motivation, hard work and passion that this group put into the project.
The Bridges Project is a partnership initiative bringing together
various groups and agencies with a view to creating effective bridges
between prison and the outside community. These bridges create links
that those leaving prison can hopefully follow up, having already made
valuable initial relationships with these agencies, and having learned
skills which they wish to develop further on release.
