Adjust builds on the close relationships and trust developed between the prisoners and Prison Officers, statutory support services, and external partners whilst in prison and continues to work with the participants upon release, providing much-needed continuity of support. These relationships have a significant impact and influence, motivating prisoners to continue to engage with activities started inside and taking full advantage of on-going support mechanisms following release.
