Hi I am Normund.

I have been running a radio broadcast for several years - I present the Aberdeen Baltic Show. This year I started learning the radio again through doing an SQA but due to the coronavirus it was all stopped and we are having to work from home.

Angela's Volunteering Story

I've been in the habit of using an app on my mobile to record interviews anyway - the quality is great nowadays - so, even tho I'm a bit of a technophobe, I was able to move to recording most of show from my bedroom, with lots of support from shmu staff, and my teenage daughter here at home.

shmu launches emergency community support fund

We’re very excited to announce the launch of shmu Supports, an initiative which will disperse funding of between £500 and £2000 to any constituted community-based group which operates in Aberdeen, with a priority on groups who support residents in the regeneration areas of the city.
